THE OPPORTUNITIES:
• The Commercial Account Manager is a vital role on our team is responsible to create a new job every 12-16 months. That's right- you will be creating new jobs. The business development role of an Account Manger employs a strategic approach to grow the various vertical markets that need our service. You will employ your consultative sales skills to create market differentiation. Utilizing market leading software and business solutions, you will help the market see the incremental value in choosing the company more companies have already chosen.
• As a Residential Sales Professional, you will have a designated sales territory where you will be responsible for devising and executing a sales plan from creative sources and qualified leads. You will conduct a home audit and prepare a specific proposal for the individual homeowner's needs then close the sale.
• The Pest Control Technician will follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each account (A company vehicle is provided.) He or She will provide our customers with the best pest control services in the industry. The Technician will also discuss the scope of services provided and other home service options with the customer. The Technician drives to multi-residential and or business locations throughout the day under limited supervision, therefore, he or she must possess professional maturity and the highest ethical standards.
• Our excellent Branch Manager Developmentprogram will prepare you for a fantastic career in Orkin Management. This opportunity will be responsible for achieving sales and service results for a team within an assigned territory; total P & L accountability, including budgeting and managing operational expenses; direction of the activity of all personnel including recruiting, hiring, training, development and motivation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and maintaining communication between sales personnel, service personnel, and our customers. He or She will also provide strategic overviews to upper management about their territories, personnel issues, growth opportunities, and forecasting.
The successful candidate will have:
• Expert software applications knowledge and proficient mobile technology skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and excellent follow-up and organizational skills
• The ability to "self-start" and work independently
• Proven customer service experience
• Successful ability to prospect new business, close the deal and hunt for more
• The ability to pass a background check, DMR, drug screen and physical
