Human Resources Field Delivery Partner PHR/SPHR for
Global Telecom Co. -Acworth/northwest Atlanta area
Location: Northwest Atlanta/Acworth, GA
In support of the regional HR Director, the HR Delivery Partner is responsible for providing a
full suite of HR support across a large segment of the business (Telecommunications).
The primary accountability of the role is to ensure that HR programs are implemented consistently,
effectively and in keeping with global standards across the business groups supported and to
ensure adherence to polices, practices and applicable legislation and regulations.
The Delivery Partner will also lead the implementation of other critical people initiatives
to drive and support profitable business growth and operate in alignment with the
company values, the initiatives of the Business Region and the global HR organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
HR professional with 5+ years HR experience.
Candidates for this role must also have experience supporting field/craft employees
Demonstrated generalist expertise in HR supporting leaders and large business groups.
Results oriented, services focused human resource professional with a verifiable track record for
adding value, organization and superior performance and results to overall operations.
