Job Responsibilities

l  Development of a technology plan which covers 2 to 3 years, especially identify the SDN key technology, related technology to support the product strategy. The technology plan is used to assure Huawei Cloud Computing Network and SDN related solution to keep the continuously industry-leading competitiveness, and used to guide the R&D team research and development strategy.

l  Design Huawei Cloud Computing Cloud OS Network architecture. Guide, manage and coordinate other experts to realize the competitive technology or features on network area.

l  As a technical expert leader, tightly interact with members of executive team, product management team and R&D team to assure the technology realization to be consistent with company goals and priorities.

 

 

Job Qualifications

l  10+ years working experience in datacenter network area. Successful network practical planning or design experience in Cloud Computing related technology is required.  

l  Deep understanding of TCP/IP network technology, expertise in network virtualization related open source software and tools: including Linux network protocol stack, Openvswitch, etc. Experienced in architecture design of SDN or Network virtualization products.

l  Experienced in product architecture design and protocol of Vxlan, OpenFlow, DVR, etc. Familiar with OpenStack Neutron or Opendaylight or ONOS, or OpenContrail community design and development.

Job Responsibilities

 

l  Develop security technology plan which covers 1 to 5 years, especially identifying the key technologies in the IT technical field, related technology and/or platform roadmap to support the business and product strategy. The security technology plan is used to improve Huawei security capability of IT（Cloud Computing，Data Center，Server, Storage etc.）and industry-leading competitive advantage, and used to guide the R&D team research and development strategy.

l  Guide, manage and coordinate other experts who focus on Security fields of IT（Cloud Computing，Data Center，Server, Storage etc.).  

l  Guide and participate in the external technology communication and cooperation, including customers, security vendors, ISP/ICP, university, etc. Identify and capture the opportunity on technology purchasing, collaboration and innovation

l  As a technical expert leader, closely interact with members of executive team, sales team, product management team and R&D team to assure the technology plan to be consistent with company goals and priorities.

l  In charge of key security, privacy issue scrutiny, and the definition of the security policy of Public Cloud and IT products R&D.

 

 

Job Qualifications

 

l  10+ years working experience in Security area. Successful practical plan or designing experience in IT（Cloud Computing, Data Center，Server, Storage etc.）related technology is required.  

l  Deep understanding of network and information security in the public cloud and enterprise, and also deep understanding of the medium and long term Cloud Computing technology development trends.

l  Wide view scope on IT industry, especially on cloud computing, Public cloud,Private cloud ,virtualization, networking, middleware, database, web architecture etc.

l  Candidate Company: Working experience should in security company,or security department of big ISP/ICP company.

l  Location/Language/travel: Santa Clara, China or remote, travel required, Mandarin preferred.

Job Responsibilities

l  Drive and influence the design and requirements in various OpenStack open source projects like Nova, Cinder, Neutron, Keystone, Glance, Heat, Ceilometer, etc.

l  Convey the value requirements and solutions from FusionSphere and push them in Open stack community.

l  Interact with internal customers to elicit requirements for the platform; help build the platform roadmap.

 

 

Job Qualifications

l  Strong foundation on Cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, STaaS, etc.)

l  Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques

l  Cloud abstractions (compute, storage, networking), with strong emphasis on Openstack

l  Working as PTL or core reviewers in Openstack projects like Nova, Cinder, Neutron, Keystone, Glance, Heat, Ceilometer, etc. are more preferred

Position Summary:

 

The Cyber Defense team is looking for a senior security analyst to perform information security-related investigations and incident response processes. Investigations are triggered by reports, alerts, or via Intel received from information sharing organizations. Incident response processes may be executed based on the severity of the findings from these investigations. Our Cyber Defense Team’s primary mission is to understand the normal and to continuously investigate the abnormal.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·          Gather and analyze data through SIEM-like log aggregation tool

·          Triage reports, data feeds, dashboards, and other indicators to identify anomalies that may warrant further investigation

·          Conduct security investigations, gathering, and handling forensic artifacts as necessary

·          Interface with technical and non-technical users to conduct fact-finding interviews

·          Engage the Security Operations Center for assistance analyzing key events

·          Provide root cause analysis and suggestions based on investigative findings to prevent reoccurrence

·          Coordinate with other teams and advocate for improvements to configurations or technologies, driving remediation’s to continually reduce ‘noise’

·          Review changes to security rule sets

·          Participate in on-call rotation for escalated security events

·          Coordinate a daily follow the sun handoff status document

Required Skills and Competencies:
