SE Regional Sales Rep Postion (Warehousing/Logistics Staffing Services) - Belle Associates, Inc –

I’m a recruiter with a growing client – a national, professional services company specializing in providing on-site logistics and warehouse labor management. This profitable, privately held company began as a material handling company in mid-2001; and currently provides a variety of professional services for an impressive list of clients in the warehousing, transportation, and logistics/freight handling operations industries, including complete staffing needs, and on-site safety and skills training.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Regional Sales Representative with primary responsibilities for organizational growth through the addition of new clients as well as working with existing clients to find new and innovative solutions.
This Sales Rep, preferably based in the Atlanta, GA area, will be responsible for finding leads, new opportunities, meeting with potential clients and determining what their needs are and how the Company can best serve them. This position will be traveling within the Southeastern U.S. (approximately 20-25%), selling all aspects of the Company’s services.
A minimum of two years staffing and/or inside and outside/field B2B sales background,
with experience selling intangibles is preferred
Specific experience selling “lumped” services (freight handling/warehouse labor, Un/&Loading trucks); and familiarity with wages being paid on a “by-piece” vs an hourly basis for these types of staffing services is an advantage, but not a strict requirement.
The Company offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary plus high no-cap commission potential.
