Support and Resolution of Issues related to Oracle's Financials Suite Family of Applications including the following
AP, AR, FA
Requirements gathering and gap analysis sessions ,modelling of Business processes and provide engagement delivery services
and relevant Oracle Application implementation & integration experience with any other ERP application
Overall Min 7- 8yrs of experience in Oracle Apps
Must have experience in at least 2 full Oracle 11i and one R12 upgrade projects.
Knowledge in Oracle database schemas and the use of Oracle standard APIs
Should be familiar with OUM methodology
Demonstrated ability to facilitate system review, business process analysis, functional gap analysis, data analysis, and situation assessment
Experience and ability to lead requirements gathering meetings with CXOs of the clients and ability to articulate the business processes
Excellent analytical, written and oral communication and skills
Ability to work in a team environment - sharing ideas and working collaboratively
