Qualification Requirements for the Contractor.
a. Must have current Project Management Professional certification
b. Minimum of 10 years of project management experience
c. Minimum of 6 years of experience managing projects in accordance with PMBOK best practices
d. Minimum of 3 years IT strategy and planning experience
e. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing application development projects
f. Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing with technical and non-technical staff
g. Must communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications:
a. Experience using the Scrum framework to manage at least one (1) project
b. Experience managing a project that used Team Foundation Server (“TFS”)
c. Experience working with a PMO
d. Experience facilitating requirements gathering and JAD sessions
e. Experience managing documentation in SharePoint
f. Familiarity with FileNet and/or electronic document management systems.
