PE licensed Engineering Manager Position #227 W/Nuclear Electrical Power Generation exp - Madison, Alabama(North Alabama)
Experienced manager to lead multi-discipline engineering projects for the Power Generation Business unit.
Candidate will provide key leadership to the Madison engineering office with overall responsibility for engineering oversight of projects, marketing and business development activities, and general business activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Provide overall leadership to the engineering staff in the Madison, AL office.
This includes the oversight to the management of all projects from marketing, bid & proposal, managing group budgets, and managing personnel assigned to projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Prepare business and marketing plans, proposals and marketing materials. Offer leadership and communication skills to business unit to ensure effective and efficient execution of projects.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSES:
4-year technical degree and 10 years of related experience.
Candidate must possess at least 10 years of experience in the management of engineering projects in power generation including at least 5 years in leading nuclear projects, including marketing and business development, technical oversight and quality review, and management of multi-discipline design groups.
PE license required in the states of Alabama and/or Tennessee
