Job Summary:
The role of Sales Associate II is responsible for generating loan applications and effective handling of front - end delinquency in a centralized call center utilizing auto dialer technology.
Competencies:
• Soliciting customers to refinance their existing small loan and sales finance accounts as well as collecting payments on front - end delinquency for a consumer finance branch network utilizing inbound-outbound auto dialer technology. (90%)
• All other duties as assigned. (10%)
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School diploma or comparable education and related training.
• Effective communication and telephone skills
• 1-5 years experience in Consumer Finance and/or sales experience
• Ability to work with minimum supervision in a very structured environment
• Working experience of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word applications, related industry software
Desired Skills:
• Some college preferred
• Bilingual, Spanish/English
• Auto dialer experience preferred
Working Conditions:
• Normal office environment
