Johnson Service Group has an immediate Contract HR/Recruiter opportunity.
This is an immediate opportunity located in the Cumberland Mall area.
The ideal candidate will have experience performing agency recruiting experience but demonstrated knowledge of employment law, regulations, and developments in Human Resources. This person must be a personable go getter who isn’t afraid of a challenge.
This is a 6+ contract job.
- Demonstrated ability to handle and protect highly confidential information
- Demonstrated ability to execute projects from inception through implementation
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple projects with excellent follow-through
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships with all levels in the organization
- Demonstrated ability to successfully function in a team environment
- Strong capacity to attend to detail
- Strong computer (MS Office) skills are required.
· Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of full-time professional sourcing and recruiting experience
- Must have Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System.
