Sr Finance Co. Bilingual Sales Associate II Position w/Consumer Finance and/or sales exp - Covington Georgia (south East Atlanta) Transmission Line, #286, Chattanooga, TN
•Prepare engineering calculations required for designs of projects and supervise the drafting.
•Prepare detailed designs of electric transmission line facilities and prepare construction packages.
•Provide technical oversight and guidance to all engineering staff.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS CONTINUED:

•Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with and interface with clients, other engineers, vendors, environmental personnel, and construction personnel.
•Possess strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment, with peers, clients, and affiliates.
•Normal office environment with occasional field trips to remote or rural areas requiring the physical ability to walk over rough terrain and requiring overnight stays.
•Demanding workload requiring occasional overtime work.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
•Check that designs and finished products follow specifications, codes, and contract details.
•Develop detailed programs for the coordination of site activities along with methods and techniques for obtaining results.
•Coordinate and direct research, development, and testing of materials, processes, or systems related to electric transmission line facilities.
•Make independent decisions on engineering problems and methods. Lead project teams in the development of critical engineering solutions.
•Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices to electric transmission line facilities designs.
•Serve as a Company expert in the discipline and provide authoritative consultation and recommendations to senior management.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSES:
BS Degree •A Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or an Engineering discipline associated with
Finance Co. Bilingual Sales Associate II Position w/Consumer Finance and/or sales exp - Covington Georgia (south East Atlanta)with a minimum of 8 years experience.
•Leadership and teamwork skills to negotiate with and influence on project issues.
•Experience working with project life cycles.
•Microsoft Project or Primavera scheduling experience
