Critical Skills: Excellent team facilitation skills that encourages sharing of resources and not concerned with turf, seen as a strong and valuable team resource. Strong skills in Process Mapping and Process Re-engineering. Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and focus groups. Strong business/client engagement skills. High level of competency with MS Office and MS Visio.
