Job Title: Staffing Reporting Analyst
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 6 + Months of Contract

Responsibilities

  • This position's primary responsibility is to provide reporting, data collection, integrity, and development of metrics for Staffing globally
  • Analyze data to interpret trends or patterns to help formulate recommendations and options for staffing partners
  • Create detailed modeling/forecasting of headcount, attrition, and requisitions used for efficient allocation of staffing resources
  • Production of ROI reports to globally influence use of cost effective resources and best practices within staffing
  • Communication with all staffing leaders to ensure data requirements are delivered in an accurate and timely manner
  • As part of Staffing Ops team that supports the VP of Global Staffing and Staffing Directors, the candidate will maintain and deliver consistent, accurate and timely reporting
  • The candidate must be able to identify problems and develop innovative solutions to further efforts towards continuous process improvement. In addition, the candidate must be well organized and be able to perform a variety of tasks under time pressure and strict deadlines
  • Compile data to support ad-hoc, weekly, monthly and Quarterly Business Review presentations
  • Review data and reports to determine trends and recommend changes in process to improve efficiency of process
  • Perform consistent audit of recruiting staff accuracy in order to develop score card to measure recruiter, sourcer, and coordinator effectiveness
  • Become knowledgeable of business drivers of the systems (and customer groups) you support
  • Delivers customer value and business results through the continuous improvement of business processes

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all level of managements.
  • Ability to work independently and in an organized fashion to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent customer service and client relationship skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent listening skills to understand needs and ability to probe for clarity when needed.
  • Excellent research, analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills with attention to details.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a must and knowledge of IBM Kenexa BrassRing a plus
  • 2+ years knowledge of HR programs and processes in Staffing a must.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel with primary focus on spreadsheet development
  • 2+ years' experience in workforce metrics a plus
  • A statistical analysis or analytics background is desirable
  • BS/BA degree in Business Management, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
