SerDes & Connector Technology Planning Engineer
Description;
-Analyze the ecosystem of high-speed and optical interconnection, for example, SerDes, PCB, connector, Optical transceiver . Understand their technology roadmap ,identify disruptive opportunity and figure out timeline of development.
--Analyze the mainstream ICT product evolution trends of customer needs and competitors ,such as Router, DC, Optical networks, servers, etc. Be deep knowledge about physical architecture of ICT mainstream products, focus on the engineering technologies which will dramatically impact on product architecture, come up with the key specification requirements and differentiated technologies.
-Understand innovative technologies of high-speed and optical interconnection entities in US in time, figure out the analysis report routinely , find out opportunity of collaboration or acquisition with Start ups.
-According to all associated information, figure out technology map of high-speed and optical interconnection including ongoing research entities , industries, colleges, experts, associations, come up with collaboration proposals.
Requirements;
1.At least 10 years’ experience in ICT system development and manufacturing, or ICT system consulting. Clearly understand ICT product requirements and related high-speed and optical interconnection technologies. Has good fame in high-speed and optical interconnection community and broad connections with experts.
2. Master degree or above.
3.Fluent in English. Mandarin is a plus.
4. Team worker with good interpersonal skills, proactive.
