Bilingual/Spanish HR Generalist w/PHR & Recruiter of Seasonal/Hourly Workers Position - Lilburn Georgia(Northeast Atlanta)
Our client is a leading services provider in the Atlanta metro area who is seeking a
mid-level Human Resources Specialist/Coordinator/Recruiter in the Lilburn area.
This person will be responsible for developing sources for candidates and for recruiting crew members to work from one of four locations.
They will travel to those locations for interviews occasionally.
Seasonal hiring experience of non-exempt workers is required.
There will be some involvement in the safety training program as well as maintaining employee records and compliance information as well as e-verification for applicants.
Spanish speaking is strongly preferred as well as a PHR or human resources/recruiting experience.
