The Web Portal project will include the creation of a high availability Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM) environment which will secure a minimum of 300,000 active user accounts. Contractors providing services under this IFB will be required to integrate the OAM/OAAM components into a variety of web applications required to properly secure client systems.
Additional duties may include the deployment/development of other technologies required to secure systems such as:
- Database level encryption
- Network Transport layer encryption and authentication
- Web Services Application encryption and authentication
- Database security frameworks
- Single Sign On
- Federated ID
