Freelance Graphic Designer Position with Kelly OCG - Virtual
KellyOCG is looking for graphic design talent to join our team to help support our growing business. We have an exciting opportunity for a creative individual to help us design career event materials within our practice.
The position provides a high degree of creative freedom and flexibility for the right individual to create exceptional career event marketing materials for our clients. The person in this position will have the ability to work with our career event services team to help tell the story of our client’s employer brand and career opportunities.

Qualifications
· Ability to transform a career event story into pictures/campaign material
· Skills for creating online marketing material like banners
· Writing skills to create a slogan(s) for the campaign
· Print design expertise (poster, flyer)
· Knowledge of Photoshop, (Flash), Illustrator/Indesign, Acrobat, HTML, CSS, Javascript
· Web design skills to create landing pages for campaigns
· Understanding of relevant target groups such as graduates, niche groups and professionals
· HR marketing know-how
· Ability to deliver creative and out of the box thinking to develop fresh marketing ideas
Preferred Experience
· Associates or Bachelors degree in Graphic/Creative Design or equivalent
· Design expertise/experience for creating Career Event campaigns
