Key Technologies: Citrix XenApp, XenServer-at least 5 yrs, Large company background

 

This role is 100% support work-on phone all day addressing tickets-tier 2 and 3.

-Must have- xen app, xen server, xen desktop experience, printing within Citrix environment experience, profile management experience, active directory, and must have exposure/experience to large environments.

 

Required  Experience:

Minimum of 5 years working experience with Citrix Xen App and any other Citrix related technologies. Excellent customer service skills are required Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a support call center or desktop IT support center Intermediate understanding of DNS and DNS record management Server Administration Certification or equivalent experience (MCP, MCDST, MCSA or MCSE certification) Citrix CCA certification
