Onsite Recruiter w/ Digital/Mobile exp. position in San Francisco, California
Experience Recruiter needed with solid Digital recruiting expertise to recruit SW Development (mobile development) candidates. Must have experience with client management, sourcing, and recruitment. Extensive experience in all phases of the recruiting process within multi-disciplinary environments. Proactively delivering top talent quickly on a regular basis. Recruiters with start-up (mobile or web) or technology companies are highly encouraged to apply!
Qualifications:
5+ years sourcing/recruiting experience for start-up's or technology companies
3 + years experience recruiting for Digital/IT SW Development candidates
Influential communicator, verbal and written
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Independently meets hiring needs/results
Highly effective "orchestra leaders" who can influence senior-level executives
Length of Contract: open ended
