The Middleware Administrator is responsible for directing, coordinating, and exercising functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of assigned projects. The Middleware Admin will demonstrate advanced technical knowledge in platform build discipline and a broad knowledge of Platform Architecture for the large scale application Integration platform.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer, configure, and troubleshoot in middleware and web servers ,Enterprise Java Application Servers, Tomcat and IIS.
Design and Build platform for a large Integration of multiple ERP systems by using Middleware technologies.
Provide engineering, installation, and configuration and maintenance services for application platforms running with different Middleware technologies.
Develop and analyze highly complex system standards, thresholds, and recommendations to maximize system performance.

Performance tuning, identify and fix performance bottlenecks and tune the applications using traditional techniques and tools.
Maintain documentation on physical and logical layout and assets of the technical architectures and train co-workers as needed to maximize availability and reliability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with middleware platforms (Tomcat , Apache webserver ,RabbitMQ , ActiveMQ, IIS).
Experience in application architecture, platform design build and performance tuning on large scale Integrations, applications etc
Working Experience with JMS (preferably ActiveMQ,RabbitMQ), Web Services, Java and jvm Internals and performance tuning.
Experience in code repository and build tools usage and implementation is required.
Experience in Linux/Unix scripting is must.
Ability to effectively share technical information with less experienced or knowledgeable co-workers.
Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving & planning skills.
