Position Title; CLOUD, IT Software Chief Platform Technology Planning
Reports to: CLOUD, IT Produce Line Technology Planning Department, IT Product Line CTO
Job Description:
1. Identify IT Product Line Software Platform area strategic and technology directions, propose IT Product Line software platform technology project list and investment recommendations. Make sure the planned projects are feasible, competitive and innovative.
2. Identify IT Produce Line Software Platform area long term technology plans, including key missing parts within existing plans, plan and suggest both technology and talent acquisition plan ahead of time.
3. Actively participate in all technology exchanges including with the industry, partner, universities. Lead technology planning and development efforts. Identify opportunities for innovation and partnership.
4. Collaborate with other teams, charter new technology planning projects, conduct competiveness, feasibility, and business value analysis and involved in product planning decisions.
Ideal Candidates:
1. Deep understanding of carrier, competitors, and IT cloud company’s cloud computing platform mid-to-long term technology strategy, understanding the technology and innovation dynamics
2. Has more than 5 years working experience in cloud computing, has deep understanding of IT software platform. Can clearly articulate enterprise IT software architecture and use case.
