Job Title: Contract Recruitment Sourcer

Location: New York, NY, 10036-2708 (CANDIDATES CAN BE REMOTE)

Term of Contract: 6+ Months

Job Description:

We are seeking a Contract Sourcer to support our Senior Corporate Recruiters in searching passive talent and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates across all of our business line and levels across the organization. This individual will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner team at Marsh & McLennan Companies (supporting Mercer) and will be instrumental in providing qualified candidates to fill recruiting needs by implementing targeted sourcing initiatives, leveraging social networking and other recruitment tools with sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

Efficient and effective use of recruiting strategies and techniques to source for various firm positions utilizing skills in social networking, applicant tracking system, cold calling, internet searches and professional networks
Maintain data integrity in our applicant tracking system
Provide first level screening and pre-qualifications for all candidates scheduled to meet with hiring team
Develop and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates

Qualifications:

5 + years in full-cycle corporate sourcing/recruiting experience at a large, global and highly matrixed organization
Experience sourcing/recruiting executive level professionals in the commercial insurance, management consulting and sales professionals industry strongly preferred
Advanced internet searching skills, cold calling, networking, leveraging referrals and ability to develop sourcing strategies for various roles - LinkedIn and AIRS experience strongly preferred
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (i.e., Taleo/PeopleClick)
Proven track record in successfully working in an environment with a high focus on operational excellence and data integrity
Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple searches (high volume) and projects simultaneously while remaining effective in both a structured and ambiguous environment
Keen attention to detail, efficient and highly organized; articulate both written and verbally
Proven track record in successfully working in an environment with a high focus on operational excellence and data integrity
Persuasive and tenacious, while maintaining a courteous and professional approach and attitude
Team oriented with a high sense of urgency and motivation; problem solver and able to work independently
Calm under pressure while acting with integrity
Able to take direction and learn quickly
