I am looking to hire 2 experienced Recruiters fulltime (not contract) to work in our Atlanta office and 1 in our Charlotte office. 

 

Please let me know if you have anyone you can recommend. 

 

Below are the highlights.

 

1.      Looking for Recruiters with a strong technical background (either were developers at one time or have successfully recruited for highly technical/developer positions).

2.      Looking for Recruiters with a stable work history (if they have been a contractor for years, they will need to convince me as to why they want perm and no longer want to be a contractor).

3.      I need these Recruiters to work out of the CCCi office as the Recruiters go on client calls with the Sales Team and the team seems to mesh really well when they can see each other regularly.

CCCi is looking for an experienced, networked and dedicated Technical Recruiters for a fulltime opportunity in Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC

 

The Technical Recruiter should be able to hit the ground running and have the drive and ambition to be the very best. 

 

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of Technical Recruiting experience and a strong work ethic, analytical ability, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.    


Technical Recruiter Key Responsibilities:

-    Successfully source using a variety of sourcing techniques (User Groups, Professional Associations, Referrals, Subcontracting vendors, etc…) and identify top IT candidates by conducting recruiting calls and building long term relationships with candidates.

-    Work directly with the Account Management and Client Management Teams to efficiently match both contract and permanent positions with our clients. 

-    Negotiate perm salaries and contract pay rates with the candidates in the market.

-    Pro-actively build and maintain a Network of Technology candidates using LinkedIn, jobs boards, user groups, etc...

-    Schedule, prepare and debrief candidates on client interviews

-    Conduct professional assessment over the telephone and/or in person for skills, experience, availability, compensation requirements and willingness to Travel/Relocate and overall suitability.

-    Conduct Technical assessment for suitability to the job requirement by conducting technical interviews and tests.

-    Format and edit resume when necessary

-    Ensure that all recruiting is conducted within legal parameters

-    Prepare new-hire paperwork and conduct new-employee orientation as needed

-    Update and maintain applicant tracking database

-    Understand market trends and emerging technologies

-    Conduct reference checks on contract employees prior to hire date

-    Manage contract employees while on assignment documenting all activities in applicant tracking system or other documentation tools and provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and obtain referrals and leads

 

Technical Recruiter Required Skills/Experience:

-    Four year degree or equivalent business experience

-    4+ years with a proven track record in Technology Recruiting

-    Heavily networked within specialized fields supported; stays current on trends

-    Recruiting Web-based software experience

-    Ability to work with Senior Management and the Sales Teams

-    Strong communication and negotiation skills

-    Team player who works well in a team environment

-    Deliver results with passion, drive and a competitive spirit

-    Understanding of recruiting and sales processes

-    Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

-    Demonstrated ability to use a personal computer, internet and the Microsoft Office Suite

 

Compensation consists of a base salary and a commission plan
