Seeking a strong player/coach Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team of virtual recruiters that support several of our on-site/in-house businesses to fill entry level to senior level roles. Ideal individual has worked in a metrics driven organization, exceptional sourcing capabilities for volume recruiting, full-cycle recruiting, and time-to-fill of less than 45 days.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead recruiting initiatives by creating a strategy to include an overview of past hiring trends and turnover, future growth expectations, competitive landscape, market analysis on talent pool and ongoing needs. Annual Recruiting Plans should include their individual recruiting efforts for senior level positions, alignment of regional recruiters appropriately, and needs for additional resources whether full time or contract in order hiring demands for the concept based on region or branch or business unit.
Each Talent Acquisition Manager will work to establish the recruiting metrics, resources allocation to ensure consistent distribution of open requisitions, reporting, and weekly review with field leadership to prioritize positions and resources. The TAG Recruiting Manager acts as a subject matter expert for the concept and partners with team resources to educate and ensure knowledge transfer across the team.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum Experience
Ÿ 7+ years high volume production recruiting experience in staffing, retail, restaurant, or other high energy customer facing industries with industries that have require constant identification and selection of talent.
Ÿ 3+ years direct or indirect management of individuals that perform to established recruiting deliverables.

- Average 1.5 fills per month at mid-manage and above
- Average 3 hires per month for recruiters supporting concept
- 95% retention rate of placed candidates after 30 days of employment
- Full usage of TAM System to track all recruiting activities, candidate data, background checks and manager approvals
