Our client in Addison, TX is looking for several Senior Java Developers for full time direct hire positions.
Our client is an IT and software development company. They specialize in a variety of corporate solutions to help companies succeed and remain competitive. Some services they offer clients include ERP Solutions, Application Design, Integration Services, as well as Near shoring. They have been in business since 2005 and have had the pleasure of working with many Fortune 500 companies including Home Depot, Verizon, Arctic Cat, ATT VF Corp, etc. Their offices are located in the Addison area. Required Skills and Technical Experience for Senior Java Developer:
· BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
· Minimum 8 years Core Java experience
· Hibernate
· Spring
· PL/SQL
· Design Patterns (Gang of Four + common, newer ones)
· TDD (Test Driven Development) methodology-JUnit/Hamcrest/Mockito
· Refactoring Code
· Agile / Scrum
· Experience with developing multi-tier applications
· Team Oriented- Works cooperatively with others
· Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills highly desired
The successful candidate provides Java application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project. Develops program logic for new Java applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications. Analyzes requirements, and maintains, tests and integrates application components. Ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented.
