Accounting Support Position with Anheuser Marketing - Northeast Atlanta(Norcross)
The Accounting Support position includes billing, vouching vendor invoices into billing system and miscellaneous duties to support the accounting department.
Principal Accountabilities:
· Vouch vendor costs into billing system
· Reconcile vendor costs versus costs entered on order
· Ensure shipping costs are billed accurately.
· Issue invoices to customers after detailed review of order costs.
· Enter invoices into customer invoicing web sites
· Submit invoices by electronic data interchange
· Process credit memos
· Investigate aged open orders that have not been billed
· Process payments of invoices
· Support order input as required
Desired Qualifications: 3+ years of general accounting experience.
Must be detail oriented and accountable for accuracy of tasks.
