Here is what we’re looking for:

SalesForce Developer for our Client in the financial services and banking industry.
The position will be located in Plano, TX.
A Salesforce.com developer is needed to lead the technical design, development and implementation of SalesForce.com solutions.
Provides technical solutions and supervision. Drives project delivery.
Documents design decisions, adheres to existing process guidelines, develops software components, mentors junior developers, supports QA during testing, and has oversight during implementation into production.
Responsibilities:
¿ Collaborate with business teams to implement the SalesForce.com Roadmap initiatives
¿ Creates system requirements, performs design and analysis, coding of medium to high complexity, unit testing of core system functionality and corrects defects during various phases of testing.
¿ Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability and resolves complex technical design issues.
¿ May serve as the subject matter expert on development techniques. Creates system documentation/play book and participates as a reviewer and contributor in requirements, design and code reviews.
¿ Commits to a delivery timeline and accountable for delivering results.
Basic Qualifications:
¿ Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science
¿ Over 4 years work experience in development & implementation of multiple SFDC projects.
¿ Must have expertise and strong knowledge in Apex programming, Visual force, Data loader, SFDC configuration, Sites and SSO
¿ Thorough understanding of the constraints of SFDC, particularly with regard to data, APEX and processing, including an understanding of best practices for delivering business requirements in the context of the constraints.
¿ Integration Experience
¿ Have at least 2 full life cycle SFDC project experience
¿ Salesforce.com Developer Certified ¿ Strong analytic capability
¿ Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
¿ Flexible, handles ambiguity and multiple initiatives effectively
¿ Strong problem solving and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
Preferred Qualifications:
¿ 4+ years of hands-on development and administration experience with SalesForce.com
¿ 3+ years of Previous working experience with languages Java or .net
¿ Experience with Agile Methodology
¿ Experience in developing SalesForce Roadmap in collaboration with the end business customer
¿ Familiarity with Auto Finance/Banking concepts
