As an IT/ERP Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for to source, screen, interview, and qualify top IT professionals for contract positions on IT projects. You will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting from technical screening to negotiating, prepping for client interviews, presenting offers, closing deals along with maintaining long term relationships with candidates and consultants. Must have 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter and must be experienced in sourcing, qualifying and presenting all levels of technical contractors within the IT/ERP space (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft preferred). Advanced knowledge of Business and Social Networking tools A technical aptitude and desire to stay on top of the ever-changing technology landscape Advanced interpersonal skills and negotiation/closing expertise. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The desire and ability to thrive in a high energy, fast paced, metrics-driven environment.
