Our client is a high-performance pulp and paper mill company manufacturing up to 900 tons per day of Kraft linerboard grades. Process Engineer
Riceboro, Georgia
As their Process Engineer, you will gather data, perform routine reporting and studies, and integrate the mill-wide information system to improve pulp mill efficiency. You will assist in the lab, ensure protocols are being followed, run tests, and handle any potential issues.
To qualify, you must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Pulp and Paper Science, and 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Process Engineer in a Chemical Manufacturing environment. (Business management training or education is a plus.) You must be willing to work nights and weekends, work on capital projects, and spend 30% of your time on the plant floor.
