We are hiring a junior IT Recruiter for our customer based in West Houston to join their team. They currently have 8 internal employees (Sales and Recruiters). They focus on contract – contract to perm and direct hire in IT and Finance and Accounting. They are successful, no debt, well- funded, profitable and they are knocking out a walls to expand their current space. It is a business casual - high energy team. The Leadership Team is fabulous and the company has no turnover. They provide a strong career path for their employees. Compensation: Base salary $28-$40k depends on experience plus KILLER commission plan.
