ROLE:                    PEOPLESOFT ABSENCE MANAGEMENT ANALYST
LOCATION:          ATLANTA, GA
DURATION:         6+ MONTHS LIKELY EXTENSION

START DATE: ASAP

RATE: MUST BE ALL INCLUSIVE
HERE THE INFO: Sr. PeopleSoft Absence Management Analyst sought for implementation and upgrade work here in Atlanta.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
· help in the maintenance of PeopleSoft HRIS data administration, controls and processes.
· You will also provide HRIS support, integration and lead projects and initiatives.
· Coordinate with all functional areas within HR to assure that technology related needs have been adequately addressed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Design, develop, implement, maintain and update PeopleSoft Absence Management HR systems/programs/reports to optimize the system value and serve as a key contributor for system projects and initiatives.
· Lead HRIS related control items by working with IT, HR, Benefits and Payroll clients on requirements, development and testing while managing all related tables (HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc).
· Manage Benefit Administration, Retro-Pay, Retro-Ben, and Absence Management processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Requires experience with implementation or upgrades of PeopleSoft Absence Management modules along with experience in the following modules:
· PeopleSoft Benefits Administration, Payroll, and HR. Time and Labor .
