On-site Contract Recruiter position (long-term) -Tampa, Florida
Naviga is the most sought after and referred sales & marketing recruiting firm in North America.
Due to our customer demand and volume of business, we are seeking an additional Senior Recruiter to join our team. Please note that our customer base consists of very well-known, global brands that seek our partnership to fill Mid-level to Executive level Sales and Marketing positions.
Position: On-site Contract Recruiter (long-term)
Scope of Position:
• Recruit top sales and marketing talent from leading companies across North America using the most progressive sourcing tools and support, seen in today’s agency recruiting space.
• Work directly with Naviga’s C-Level clients to gain an understanding of position needs and requirements.
• Work directly with Naviga’s leadership team to strategize and create sourcing plans that achieve the best ROI for our clients and Naviga.
• Partner with Naviga’s Manager of Client Relations and National Recruiting Coordinator to create sourcing strategies and daily execution plans.
• Partner daily with our National Recruiting Coordinator to assist with research, marketability and reach, in addition to checking candidate references.
• Collaborate on a weekly basis with your direct report, the CEO/Founder of Naviga, to discuss production focus and position success.
Requirements:
• At least 10+ years’ successful experience with hands-on recruiting; either agency or corporate
• Track record of high-volume/high-growth recruiting
• Show stopping communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Sound experience showing fast response time, consistency and success
• Strong candidate coaching and negotiation skills
• Unprecedented discernment and selection ability
• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks at the same time
• Superior consultative skills and ability to influence decisions.
• BS Degree required
