POSITION DESCRIPTION:

 

Due to rapid growth and increased demand for our award-winning MDM software solutions, AirWatch is actively seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter. 

 

The Corporate Recruiter will partner with Hiring Managers across the organization to define the needs of their department and deliver top talent. This person will be responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle, including building job descriptions, developing and executing sourcing strategies through traditional and non-traditional sources, evaluating candidates to ensure their experience meets the defined requirements, coordinating interviews, extending and negotiating offers, and assisting with any other hiring and on-boarding activities.

 

The ideal candidate will have the knowledge, experience, and network required to deliver top talent as well as proven experience sourcing passive candidates for technical and non-technical requisitions.

 

The Corporate Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we hire the best possible talent. This person will be a true contributor to the growth of the company and will provide the talent that makes this company successful.

 

Position Responsibilities:

 

• Partner with hiring manger to forecast and develop plans for recruiting initiatives

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process to meet the recruiting goals across all levels within multiple departments

• Create and implement traditional and non-traditional strategies to identify and attract passive job seekers

• Utilize job boards, candidate databases, networking circles, along with all other methods to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates

• Leverage social media platforms, local user events and non-traditional strategies to source top talent

• Conduct interviews to pre-screen and qualify candidates and coordinate the interview process for qualified candidates.

• Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria

• Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers, business leaders and HR

• Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process

• Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict recruiting activity

• Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process

• Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.

• Research hiring and recruitment trends in the IT industry

 

Position Requirements:

 

• 4 year degree from a recognized college or university

• 5-7+ years of experience sourcing and hiring technical and non-technical talent

• Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes

• Experience successfully implementing traditional and non-traditional recruiting strategies

• Experience successfully sourcing and hiring passive talent

• Experience partnering with hiring managers, business leaders and HR highly preferred

• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance preferred

• Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience

• Ability to work independently and self-manage is critical

• Database sourcing and cold calling experience required

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Attention to detail and the ability to work under short deadlines to fill multiple positions
